“Take responsibility for YOUR OWN body, mind, and spirit, for your own physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.”- Mr.C.S. Haymore


  • For your body’s well being you should be responsible on what you eat. For example instead of getting a soda with your meal, trade it for a glass of water instead.
  • For your mind’s well being you should lay off the television and start reading some books to improve your understanding on certain topics.
  • For your spiritual well being you should be open minded on what others say and pray or worship.
