                        Character matters most because it matters if you are a good person or not. Like for example a tourist guide. It would be best for you know the area, but with touring people you need a good character. People often remember the good times than information on a historic building.  Furthermore if you are looking for a career most likely your character around other people will matter most. Then you being highly intelligent.
