- For your body’s well being you should be responsible on what you eat. For example instead of getting a soda with your meal, trade it for a glass of water instead.
- For your mind’s well being you should lay off the television and start reading some books to improve your understanding on certain topics.
- For your spiritual well being you should be open minded on what others say and pray or worship.
